The introduction of computers in school has become an integral part of education. Our computer Lab has adequate number of computers with Multimedia and Internet facilities. Computer courses are available for students from of Std. III onwards.
From session 2009 onwards, Computer Science has been introduced as one of the optional subjects in Science group in class IX & X. We already maintained computerised accounts, examination results, directories of staff and parents and student profiles.

An array of extra curriculum and co-curriculum activities complement the academic courses to enrich the life of the school community and to help the students develop physically, emotionally, and socially. Physical Education will be given as much importance as academics. Pupils are provided ample opportunities to play a wide variety of games.

SCHOOL ASSEMBLY




The school will conduct exclusive morning assembly daily in the first quarter in every academic year. It will be congregation of the staff and the students where, besides prayer and patriotic songs, relevant information will be passed to all concerned. The daily news headlines and school news will read out. Individual speakers from among the students and the teachers will speak on various informative and educative topics. Other activities will include conversational English and open house quiz. This will foster a compititive spirit and gives wide exposure to the students.

During holidays, trips will be organized to places of historical importance or tourist attractions.

These trips widen the fields of experience of the child, teaches him/her to be independent, and to rough-it-out. Teachers learn to appreciate the different aspects of a child’s personality, which will not very evident in classroom situations.

Our school has a well stocked library, staffed adequately to keep the library in good order, and to guide the students during their library periods to make best use of the library and the books. The stock is constantly expanded and updated to provide meaningful reference material to students and teachers. All have access to the library, which follows the Dewey system of classification.
